I hate when they say "saved by the woodwork". If it hit the post then it's a miss. That being said, very well done by our post there.

Put Thomas on at left back and stick Castagne at right back
Pereira to right wing, bring Albrighton on at left wing
Take off Nacho and Amartey and just have a run at the ****ers FFS

This is just a horrible slow painful death

Lessons learned so far:

1. Soyuncu can't play in a three or has turned to shit.
2. Tavares doesn't yet know whether he wants to be a footballer for a living so he's been given some work experience.
3. Amartey would have been replaced by Junior Lewis by now had we still got him
4. Iheanacho is back to his atrocious best.
5. Rodgers doesn't know the alphabet which is why we've gone from Plan A to Plan W.
6. Tielemans has got amnesia. He seems to have forgotten how to pass a football.
7. If there is still anyone who can't see the value in Maddison and what he offers then you need to watch a different sport.
8. Ndidi is playing in someone else's feet. Probably Stephen Hughes'
 
This is almost comical.

They leave so much space at the back, if only we moved the ball more quickly
 
More incredibly bad defending, lucky he was offside.

Regarding 7, I think that’s Maddison and Barnes missing. Both have been very effective this season for different reasons.
 
That says it all about the worthlessness of possession stats. We’re 64% possession and have barely got a pass to a player, and Brighton have had all the dangerous chances and by far the better team.

And given that Vards is pretty much AWOL, we’re missing three of the biggest goal contributors in the PL this season
 
Okay we have to change this. Got lucky with the offside there but that gap between Soyuncu and Fofana isn't working.

Get Amartey off for Thomas, have him and Tavares on left wing. Nacho behind Vardy. Ricardo ahead of Castagne on the right.
