Everyone i speak to says ignore it, so i am going to do that.

There were no formal agreements for any of it so tough shit.

Drew its worth writting a letter to the guy and telling me about the rent, the thing is if you ignore these suitations they tend to get a lot worst, the best thing is to do his make clear that you are owed rent which is over 3K and you are waiting for it,

i dont know the full story so i hope this might help.

Why would it help telling you? :102:

No as far as i am concerned he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Although if it comes to it i will involve a solicitor and fight for back rent.

You don't even need a solicitor, just start County court proceedings yourself for the rent owed, you just have to fill in a form.

He'll soon shut the **** up.

Whatever you do just make sure you keep copies and backups of all the letters he sends

After watching Rise of the Footsoldiers, arrange a slapping for him. It does seem to work wonders.

Get a hose pipe and attach it to his own outdoor water supply at about 1am, locate his letter box, then turn the water on at a medium strength as not to make too much noise, run away and have sweet dreams about the £3k plus damage sustained to his property and the water bill he will incure at a later date.

Then send him a letter threatening legal action over the unpaid rent.

It will be great fun, and im sure you will feel better about the situation.

Drew, I hope I'm not speaking out of turn here, but if this is the biggest problem you have in your life, you really are one lucky ****!!!!

lol, no this isn't the biggest problem i've faced, however it's got me ****ing riled.

Having said that its up there, what can i say i have been fortunate thus far.

lo siento amigo.

Just for Melton,

The saga continues, i have another verbose letter demanding money. I've actually replied to this one.

My reply:

I have received both of your letters, after consultation I have been advised that you have no grounds of which to demand money from myself, you have no written or verbal agreements regarding any of the matters detailed in your letters dated 1/03/08 and 18/03/08.

It appears that you are lacking the facts of the financial aspects of our relationship (during and after), however this is irrelevant as it is none of your business and I do not wish to enter into dialogue with you. I suggest that you discuss this further with Jane, especially her email to me dated 28/01/2008, see attached.

With regards to the flights to New York, I understood that this was a gift and I was not expected to pay for this, I do not see the need to remunerate you. Despite your claims that the ticket is not refundable there is a minimal charge to change the ticket to another name.

I therefore see the matter closed, do not contact me again.

You should have appended "Plus your daughter didn't mind taking my money in exchange for doing her up the Gary", would soon shut him up

I love these updates.
