If Vardy gets another ban, so be it. Nobody should want to stop his aggressive style of defending from the front. Sometimes he's going to get booked for mis-timing his tackles but it's not petulant or silly like most of the bookings for someone like Knockaert.

It's just going to be a worthwhile occupational hazard.

He didn't get booked at all in his first dozen games this season but the last 23 games have brought 8 yellow cards. He got just two goals in those first dozen games but 11 in the last 23. It seems that the goals come with the style of play that gets him bookings.
