If there has been no details of his offer and they are discussing it tomorrow, why was the original offer turned down, and the second accepted?, or is this not the case?

On Rivals it has been posted that the board met last night and will recommend Mandaric's bid be accepted by the shareholders today.

Mandaric wants minimum 90% backing or he will walk away, according to the poster.

It was also quoted on here that they were meeting last night.

If MM will walk away if less than 90%, that indicates that he may be working with them

Hooray!

Manderic wants 90% approval of the shareholders or will walk away.

i did somthing along the same line but the meeting was not at the walkers it was held in some hotel
