Well I thought Russell Slade did amazingly well last season, and had they'd managed just a little bit more - to get Leyton Orient into the Championship in the era would have been pretty miraculous.

He might not be a massive name, but perhaps Vincent Tan has cast his gaze our way and realised that that isn't what he should be looking for.
