thats crap, they class us as rivals more than we do. they add 'and leicester' to the end of one of their songs. i live with a chelski, i wont say fan, and they defo have us down as a rival.

I was at a Stamford bridge game back in the 70's. Think I took one of my ex wives. Anyway there was a lot of fighting and for a long time afterwards we used to sing this at Christmas:
Hark now hear the Leicester sing
As chelsea ran away
and we will fight for evermore
Because of boxing day.
I was in the main stand once at Filbo against Chelsea and some fighting kicked off in there too. A second division promotion game as I recall. No police because they didn't expect hooligans to be in there and I remember seeing some kids go flying down the steps.
And they call it the good old days...

But the story behind 'And Leicester' is nothing to do with rivalry, if the story behind it I heard is correct. Apparently it started when a group of fans were on the way to an away match, singing the names of the places they were travelling to. One of the signs they saw was for "The North and Leicester", so they started added "And Leicester" to the song.
I've also heard Arsenal and Spurs singing the same thing.

Arrogant or not he's the best manager in the league by a long shot.
Top bloke in my book and takes a lot of unecesary flak. Always good to other fans, plays decent sides still in the FA Cup and Worthington cup againt the so called "minnows". A lot of managers should take notes from him.

Have to agree to differ can't stand him,only seems to get on with the Managers of teams he beats.Like Benitez said he was my friend until we beat him then he never spoke to me and what was all that shite he was spouting earlier about Chelsea never getting Penalties and Man Utd not getting them given against them? He shouldn't be reliant on Penalties

If you check his post match commentary from today's game he does mention that Boro didn't get one and neither did Chelsea today.
I like him though, he's funny but looks like the title is slipping away unless Everton do them a favour. Chelsea have a harder run in.
