a) which team is more likely to be in the Premier League next season

but if it's neither,

b) which is most likely to achieve promotion the season after

I don't think Weale is as bad as you are making out though, but his confidence has seemingly took a bit of a battering since the tail end of last season and for whatever reason he hasn't quite got it fully back.
