However in my experience it is always worth contacting the ticket office to see if they have any returns. Best to do it by email because phone and personal enquiries will always be dealt with on an immediate basis (when there might be no tickets) whereas an email enquiry can hang around a bit whilst tickets come in. Best time to email is just before office opens, but don't let that stop you trying later in the day.
