Something bothers me and thats the state of the pitch. Up until the last home game I never thought the pitch was bad but pretty good by the standards of other pitches around. The state of the pitch stops the players performing to their best ability, and so then teams such as Plymouth can now beat us.
If I were IH I would get the pitch looked at first, whilst trying to get rid of more shite out of the team. But why the sudden demise od the pitch?

oh and fcuk that sam Allerdice or however you spell him bloody name

That's odd - particularly in view of your response to a post of mine in the Plymouth post-match thread.

Let's get rid of Holloway and employ our next one on a rolling one match contract, with renewal based on winning his game in charge.

This would, at a stroke, eliminate all this mindless chit-chat that follows every defeat.

Would we be able to sack him at half-time if we were prepared to pay appropriate compensation?

So all those of you backing Holloway are happy with the position the club is in, happy with the tactics and the poor performances. If Holloway makes me look a t**t and proves me wrong, i'll live with that 'cause that will mean the club is doing well. If he doesn't and we get relegated how will all you Holloway protectors feel ? Can we really afford to put stability before our status of never having been relegated to the third tier of football. He needs to change tactics and do it now, before it's to late. If he wont change he needs to go. 4-3-3 is supposed to be an attacking formation but I must of missed it.

Better still, sack him after we go a goal down and emply a caretaker for the remainder of each game

Surely we could expect him to resign as the players came out if there were any round players in square positions.

No Boc you got it wrong. I said they both have to play on the same pitch in whatever condition, what I was getting at was how quick it has become a bad playing surface. Against Cov is was pretty good, against Palace it was pretty bad and even worse yesterday.... WTF is going on?

this is really a bit of a stupid statement. Apart from Milan who else can sack him? Please tell me. Because in all the years I have been following city it has been the board that has sacked managers and not the fans. I am not backing IH nor am I calling for his head. If we get relegated its not the fault of the fans who backed him is it? Everybody has differing opinions, but the bloke who can sort it out is the owner and no one else.

I don't it's necessarily imbecilic to crave a steady ship, even in our current plight. Some of us Holloway protectors happen to think he will turn things round, but clearly it's not happening at the moment.

For the record, I was disappointed that Megson left as he was beginning to 'climb mount improbable'.

Are you really being serious??

I cannot believe for one moment that you think Holloway should be sacked already? And replaced by who may I ask? Jose Mourinhio?? But then I guess if he didn't win his first game he would also be axed.

What a joke! Do you not see the reason why the club is where it is is not due to Holloway or the present team, its been months of mis management, instability, changes of managers/players/tactics etc etc.

Holloway has been brought in by MM to provide stability and to try and instill a sense of belief and team spirit/drive back into a side at rock bottom. You can see from his post match comments that he is really pissed off by the players body language and general motivation. He is trying to get players playing for the shirt, mixing experience and youth, and I for one believe this is the future for our club.

If you put as much belief and support into LCFC as you do with your negative comments, that might even help us!

Can we loan him back from N.I with 5 games to go?

It is a matter of record that Nigel Worthington did not save us from relegation last season.

You're quite right, but most boards/chairmen/owners don't tend to act until they have pressure applied by the fans. Some of us are more likely to get on the managers back and call for his head instead of booing the players off the pitch. As it happens, if we drop further down, which is quite probable with our next two matches, I can't see MM putting up with it. He is the type of person that will act before it's to late.
The one person that can sort it out is Holloway, he is the one that picks the team and tells them what formation to play. Until he gets it right I will vent my anger and frustration towards him and not the players.

A. I said, if you bothered to read my other posts .. Kevin Blackwell

Q. What position in the table were we when Holloway took over ?

A. You're believing his hype. ''He is pissed off by the players body language and general motivation''... ''provide stability and to try and instill a sense of belief and team spirit''. So he's failing to do what he's been brought in to do. You've said it yourself !

If you put as much belief and support into LCFC as you do with your negative comments, that might even help us!

Have you ever bothered to think, having supported the club for 35 years, having seen it all before, I might just be right.

and I suppose when you called for previous manager's heads because they werent improving things you were right then too?
