Just had a look at petrolprices.com. They are reporting that 5 places within 5 miles of the city centre had unleaded at 100.9 when last checked (all within the last two days.

All are to the south of the city:
Esso at Rowley Fields
ASDA at Fosse Park
Jet at Wigston
Sainsburys, Glen Road - is that Oadby?
Shell on the London Road, near the Ring Road
