I'm sure it works, its just I'm not sure about the links that are given on the page.

If you look closely, when you click on them, it sends you to a website and then another website (the bookies website) so therefore the makers of the page are getting some sort of reward in referrals.

They dont mention anything about referrals or other sites on the page, so due to this the idea of 'trust' is removed from the equation which creates a sense of it being 'dodgy'.
