Wouldn't mind us taking a punt on Nugent, if not on silly money and long contract. Sort of player you don't want to be playing against as he proved against us last season, but paired with the right partner Sven could get the best out of him.

How anyone can turn their nose up at the potential signing of Nugent is beyond me. Played for England whilst at Preston, seemed to find his feet again last season and he's still only 26.

I always forget with nugent that he is quick and young, I always think of him as about the same as Howard. no idea why
