They quite often post stories that suddenly disappear, only to appear again a day or two later.
Probably just means they were supposed to schedule it to be published at a later time but forgot to do it until later.
Might also mean they expect the move to be finalised tomorrow, so the story has been written in advance, so they can publish it as soon as it's been completed.

it still looks sky blue to me - photo only taken under the shade of the shirt itself.
