Ghezzal should never play for us again. He’s in the Zsolt Laczko. Actually I take that back, Zsolt actually had one good game (on his debut).
how can you set up to counter attack Cardiff? they didn't come to attack

Boring as ****. Both teams absolutely dreadful. But three points is three points.
Teams really should sack Marco Silva after three months before he then does his usual bottle job.

think Choudhury was rested that game as he's played the 2 Man City games and the Chelsea one and looked as knackered when subbed against Man City as Albrighton did Vs CardiffYes, fair post. Second half was so much better. I’d argue Albrighton should always start but he could well have been shattered physically.
Choudhury put Wilf to shame. Thought he was great and it’s a nonsense to suggest that Wilf had more potential for creating things against Cardiff.
Ricardo is looking so good at the moment, happy for him to be playing forward if it means Simpson can shore things up a bit.
I don't think Puel has ever said he wants slow possession players need to take responsibility over the tempo of the game tooI'm not advocating that. I'm just saying that slow, pointless, passing at home is the wrong approach.
I wonder how many young kids went to their first ever game today and have been immediately put off football for life.I didn't see any of the game but listened on the radio, sounded a right treat. Great advert for the Prem really.
Almost certainly we’ll see him play against Newport in a frightening front 3 alongside Diabete and Kelechi.
I’d be amazed if there’s a worse game this year. Already. On day one.Well 3 points is good.
And now I know what it looks like when one team succeeds in boring another into submission. I’d be amazed if there is a worse game today.
Still. 7th place.

yeah which is why he brought in Gray, he wouldn't have been talking about Papy or Wilf in that respectSorry, but I’m fairly sure someone quoted Puel as stating Choudhury was left out against Cardiff for the tactical reasons that he needed people who would create chances.

Puel cocked up against Cardiff by not playing Choudry, got it spot on today good 3 points.Choudhury’s league games this season:
Chelsea (A) - WIN
Man City (H) - WIN
Everton (A) - WIN
Well done young man - you’ve had your chance and you’ve taken it, unlike so many other players this season. The likes of Silva and Iborra need to take note.
One of the first names on the team sheet for me.
It also makes a mockery of the fact he didn’t start against Cardiff. Oh that’s right, he’d have been too tired and knackered to play that one too I’m guessing?
