Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

It would be one sick fecker to make that up....

I hope it is some sick fecker making it up though.

Sad news.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

It appears that Sergio Hellings has been killed in a car crash.

I can't find any link online, but it has been posted on FT. Seems too random to make up?

Very sad if ture. :icon_sad:

Is it still on FT? I can't find it although there is a reference on Google to it appearing on FT.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

I found the link on google but no FT thread. I assume it has been deleted as its not true.

I think you're probably right.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

Barry Hayles in action for Chesham United (Southern Premier League) against an Arsenal XI on Saturday. By all accounts he was bloody rubbish.

Well he is 40 years old now.

Re: Ex-players (the thread nobody's been waiting for)

Tenuous one here. Chris Weales' identical twin brother going for GB in the modern pentathlon tomorrow.

Seems that he's better at his sport than Chris though - although Chris will be making a lot more money!

Was quite weird at work. We've been doing a lot of work around the Olympics and different athletes all over the country over the last 18 months, and the first time I had to write a story about Sam Weale was from a video of him and, having not seen his name and not knowing Chris Weale had a twin brother, it definitely confused me a bit!

Russell Osman currently playing for Allies against the Germans. Match is live on I.T.V.

Sylvester Stallone is shite in goal...he's no Kasper.

Gah I switched over and ended up saying Pele's lines before he did :icon_lol:

Will never forgive ex husband for not letting me buy the signed Pele shirt from this film :icon_evil
