I think his point was you've not seen him play regularly, so are not really qualified to make that assessment. So, much like every other English football fan who moans about inclusions / exclusions they feel are wrong for some reason.

True, but we all have our own opinions. I clearly voiced mine at the wrong time, in the wrong place..

We do. But my point was most people have very little basis on which to formulate such opinions. I thought Stockdale was decent for us - no more, no less - and I certainly never imagined him getting into an England squad. And with all that I said before, he's played seven league games this season. What's going on?

The amount of top teams with English goalkeepers is decreasing. Steve Harper surely should be given a shout at some point I reckons.

I would have thought that Westwood from Cov would have a chance soon. He's been quality everytime i've seen him.
