Except that's the Watford details repeated.....

It wasn't a little while ago. When I saw it, it said P1 tomorrow, P2 Thursday and P3 Friday.

So do you think tickets will go on general sale or should take up the offer of tickets from a couple of Norwich season ticket holders?

Neil

Neil

If they give us 2000 tickets then it will not see general sale.

Ive had this e-mail which confirms the above.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email.

Norwich Tickets On Sale Wednesday

Lower-than-anticipated away allocation for Carrow Road FA Cup trip…

Away tickets for City’s fifth round trip to Norwich City in the FA Cup with Budweiser will go on sale to Leicester City supporters from 9am on Wednesday.

Tickets for the tie, which takes place at Carrow Road on Saturday 18 February (kick-off 3pm), will be available via the standard away ticket priority system, details of which can be found below, and can be purchased online at www.lcfcdirect.com, from the City Fanstore at King Power Stadium and from the City Sales Centre on 0844 815 5000.

Upon being paired with the Canaries in the fifth round draw, Leicester City requested its full 15 per cent allocation of over 4,000 away tickets for the tie – the figure permitted for ties at Carrow Road under competition rules.

Norwich City advised us of their admission prices on Friday evening but, disappointingly, we received notification on Saturday that only 2,400 away tickets will be allocated. Upon further consultation with the Football Association, it has been confirmed that, despite the exemplary record of Leicester City’s travelling support in recent seasons, the decision was taken on the grounds of crowd safety by Norwich City’s Safety Advisory Group.

Due to the smaller-than-anticipated allocation, away tickets will initially be available at strictly one-per-Season-Ticket-Holder/Member with the following priority system in place (subject to availability):

Wed 8 Feb – Priority 1 Season Ticket Holders
Thu 9 Feb – Priority 2 Season Ticket Holders
Fri 10 Feb – Priority 3 Season Ticket Holders
Sat 11 Feb (pre-Cardiff) – On sale to Members
Sat 11 Feb (post-Cardiff) – General Sale (max 2 tickets-per-person)

Tickets are priced: £25 for Adults; £15 for Over-65s; £10 for Under-16s and £5 for Under-12s.

A Fox Travel service is available for this fixture, with coaches departing King Power Stadium at 9am on the morning of the game.

Fox Travel coach places are priced £22 for Over-18s (£19 for Season Ticket Holders) and £20 for Under-18s (£17 for Season Ticket Holders) and can be booked online at www.lcfcdirect.com, at the City Fanstore or with the City Sales Centre on 0844 815 5000.

That's a joke. Upon what grounds do they cut an allocation by that much? Have they done it with any other teams this season?

They have only played Burnley at home in the FA cup this season and I doubt if Burnley would have requested the full 15% allocation. Clubs are only required to allocate 10% of the tickets to the away team in league games.

2,400 tickets is actually less than 9% of the capacity at Norwich, not that I care being P1.

'Tis true - and it goes to show how little the FA/PL/FL care when some clubs break their rules.

None of them care about the fans who attend matches (home or away), I think they'd really prefer it if matches were played at empty stadia with TV being the only way to watch games.

Bullsh*t decision - really been enjoying going to the FA Cup so far this season but won't get a ticket on general sale with that little allocation.

I hope we give them 500 tickets for their away allocation next season when they have to come to the KP!!

If the FA cared and a SAG has said it is unsafe for more away fans to come the FA should make the home club leave the seats that can't be sold to the away fans empty.

The F.A.'s slogan for this years competion ''Where everyone has their day'' well around 1,600 Leicester fans are going to miss out

Don't worry, we will have our day in the 6th round.

we could be short in midfield for this ie Danns suspended Drinkwater cup-tied, when is King ready to return?
