Saka was our best player, along with Bellingham. Definitely our biggest threat and didn't seem to be fading - can't understand that at all.

Henderson did well but fine he wouldn't last much longer - but Mount was crap everytime he came on.

F1 went to shit on there, the FA Cup was shit when they covered it, Match of The Day was shit when they had it.

Its an appalling channel. Chav TV.

I figured out a few years ago that I hadn't watched anything other than sport on ITV for over 25 years. I even stopped doing that when they lost the champions league (other than the odd fa cup tie)

Then they won the contract for horse racing from channel 4 so I'm now forced to watch it. It's a horror show. Truly awful. To someone used to watching specialist racing channels the dumbed down level of ITV coverage is appalling.

It's like watching the news when I was a kid & going from John Pilger reporting from the Cambodian killing fields to John Craven covering a bouncy castle marathon.

I thought I'd watch the game tonight. I don't have a TV. ITVhub needed upgrading, but wouldn't. Play store said I'd already got the new ITVx app. I couldn't find it. So I decided to use Hesgoal, as they've been showing games. The site has been seized by law enforcement. As has weakstreams.

Hopefully they'll rise from the ashes and a new thread can be started. Or would that be illegal?

Have we actually beaten a traditional “good” team in a competitive situation under Southgate? Feels like we make progress if we continually play lesser teams but never if we play anyone decent.

I think I must have watched a different game to most on here. The one I saw, England lost by the finest of margins to the world champions and their pet referee.

If Kane had put the penalty in, it would have been extra time. If the referee had stopped the French kicking lumps out our players, Stirling wouldn't have been brought on and who knows what chances might have been created
