Jeff, I know that you don't want us tp pick up everything that's not working. But seeing as you say it's been installed, this seems unusual. Tapatalk is telling me that all the posts are read, but that's not the case when I view TB on a browser.

An update on this. Just turned on my phone this morning, opened tapatalk and all the posts are marked as read including everything that came in between me going to bed and now. No one else is mentioning it though, so I'll check tapatalk settings!

Going to the first new post in a thread is working on some threads, but not others for me.

Its not remembering my previously read posts too well Jeff. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Using Chrome if that helps.

Can you give me more details on what you're seeing?

Sometimes its remembers the correct last read post, occasionally it doesn't remember anything and takes me to the first post in the thread. At other times it takes me to a post I've read before, a good few posts before the actual point it should have taken me to. This is the same whether I use the First Unread link at the top of the page or click the icon next to the thread title.

Clicking on the thread title should now take you to the last unread post in the thread. Unless you're having the same problem as Durham, I have no idea what's happening there.

Seems to be working fine now as I'm using the thread title and its going to the right posts. I don't need to worry about the other routes now

That is enormous compared to the length they previously were. If there is still the same limit on the number of characters that can be used in a sig, I'm not going to be able to continue having the two links in my sig.

You don't need the full url, the text at the end is just for search engine optimisation purposes.

so you can use

I've just had the same thing happen to me with Tapatalk. I'll have a look on the Tapatalk forums to see if there's a fix.

There was a fix on the Tapatalk forums, posted today. So I installed it and Tapatalk told me about an unread thread. But it displayed it twice.


It seems there have been problems with Tapatalk and this version of the forum software for several weeks. The earlier fix Tapatalk suggested doesn't make sense though.
