It will come back but that's one of the more complicated things to sort out and could take a while.
I'm only about 20% of the way through my list of things to do at the moment, it's going to take at least until the end of the week before I've done everything I plan to do.

Not on my iPhone4.
Not displayed any unread threads since the upgrade, just a blank screen.
It stopped working for me, then after installing a 'fix' from Tapatalk it started working again, with a few odd things happening.
A lot of people are complaining about it in the Tapatalk forums so there's obviously a problem with their system.
There is an alternative to Tapatalk that I'm planning to install, as well as a new mobile friendly theme to use on mobile browsers.

How do I keep myself logged in at all times?
Same way as the old version, tick the 'Remember Me?' box when you log in. I think it's ticked by default.
Then it should remember you as long as you don't delete the cookie.

I've had a reply from Tapatalk support. I don't think English is their first language:
"the unread will be count form the file replaced time, old unread theads can not be find back(sorry!), but it should can work from now on. Can you please help monitor it a little longer?"
So I think they're saying it will only show unread threads that have been posted to since I updated the Tapatalk program this afternoon

Jeff, is vbookie supported for this version? If I recall you said it was no longer being supported and hence there was no fix for some of the oddities that happened when odds were changed etc. But on this version there seems to be a new drop down box for selecting open/closed/settled books.
The new version is a rewrite of the old one, by a different programmer, presumably without the bugs. There is a support thread for it here: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=233473
