Surely there would be news on our official site by now if he is injured? However if he is injured, we would probably need a new player so we could get a loan striker might do a better job then ours or ofcourse snap up Asaba

Are you joking!! :icon_lol: The OS take about a week to write up exclusive stories.

Seriously though, if they were to announce that he was injured, the physios would want to be sure about the period of time he is out...

I'm always suspicious about "out of form" players that get "injured" out of full view of the public

... and the reason is .... :102:
I don't really have one.

It's just very fortunate for him that the injury happened now. Otherwise he may have had the humiliation of being dropped at some point because Kelly doesn't know his best front two. I think this was on the verge of happening

I would worry that this would damage is confidence as people may think he was dropped for underperforming

I remember Fryatt came with a rep that when the going gets tough, he jumps ship. If you remember rightly, Walsall had just fallen in relegation zone when we bought him ''injured''.

If he injured, the club will go quietly about, release a thing on Friday saying he looks doubtful and on Monday or Tuesday, hes out 2 months because he needs ''operation'' or something.

I would go for the following

---------------------------------Logan-----------------------------------

-----------Stearman--------------McCarthy--------------Kisnorbo----------

Hammond-----------------Weso---------------Tiatto----------------Porter

----------------------------------Hume-----------------------------------

------------------------O'Grady------------Fryatt-------------------------

Subs

Kenton
Williams
Sylla
Dodds
Henderson

This would provide a solid central spine to the team which should then allow the wide men to really push on and with their pace should help fast counter attacking football. With the two solid central midfielders working hard in the midfield as defensive cover this should allow Hume to push on in attacking positions but also to drop deeper to recieve the ball and act as playmaker.

I have selected O'Grady as the physical presence and i think if Hume can exploit his pace and power with slide rule passes into the channels we could yet see the best of what COG has to offer.

Like it, PFK for manager!!

and BANG before you know it he's buggered off.

I dont think we are that desperate! Are we? :icon_redf :102:

He has a better scoring record then all 3 of hume, hammond and COG so where is the basis of saying hes crap.

Its fans like you who get on his back is why he no longer wants to play for us.

sounds more like its you who wants to "get on his back"

I will get on someones back who slams the striker who happens to have the best scoring record yes. I think he also has a better record then fryatt but havent checked this.

you mean although he is really crap ....he is not as crap as the others right now :102:

Just heard this confirmed on Radio Leicester, although they didn't say how long he'd be out for, he's a 'serious doubt' for the weekend.

This is up there with the daftest things I have heard on TB.

I suppose you are going to tell us that Fryatt is a battler who has suffered because all around him are crap?
