the rift is not over, throw some sugar in the air and people think its all over

It will never be over in a way - Mandaric shall always 'screen' a signing and Allen will always be weary of having players installed on him. At least this is a forward action - we have got two players for two probelm areas.

so MA is not capable of reasearch then? He is the manager its up to him who plays though on the day.

He is, but as he admitted at the time, his experience was limited to the lower leagues. Presumably that's why MM hired Mackay as director of football to engineer those signings, which genarally what directors of football do. As for who plays on the day, it's noticible that MA2 has not picked many of those players.

Exactly. And two experienced players who are better than what we have right now.

Delighted to hear a new keeper is coming in, hopefully this will mean Henderson will be, at best, a bench warmer for the rest of the season.

and we have had two blistering results have we not.

Not only does this strengthen the team to a considerable degree, it also suggests that MM & MA are burying the hatchet: if MA was due for the chop within days, presumably. he would not be signing MA targets. Good signs.

and these two blokes are going to put the said problem right?

Not assured - but on paper they are a lot more better than what we got. I'd like to identity who you would have suggested for the positions?!? TBH, I can't of available Premiership left-back or keeper.

WTF is that supposed to mean?

Well the keeper might

A cov supporting 'colleague' has just told me that he's the dog's bollox

He also said, however, that Clarke was the slowest player he'd ever seen.....

they both look like a good set of players, least we have some experience in the left back position, feck it least we have a left back, thats even better, the keeper seems good but not actually sure why we got a keeper

typical covscum fan saying that about himself, did he say anything about the eastern european goalie?
