To be honest, I don't think Kelly's comments about us being unlucky and they couldn't have done much better are very shrewd either.

It is never acceptable to lose 1-4 against a mediocre outfit like Wednesday.

The only messages that Kelly is giving out is that he is either shell shocked or too soft on a bunch of highly paid under-performing players - almost all of whom are not worthy to pull on a Leicester City shirt.

kelly should dock there wages IMO but i know he carnt because of contracts and all that but it should be put in there somewhere under perform and get your wages dock

People say Kellys a decent enough coach well sorry I have to disagree if and I say if that was the case why will he keep to a formation time and time again knowing full well it is'nt working, he stands there watching games and should know when things are not working and change them, during the course of a match but he dosent, where is the motivation, wheres the fitness, we went on to that field on Saturday looking as though we dont want to be there.

Quite.

These are guys who play in front of a home crowd bigger than that pulled by the big city league leaders - supporters who turn out in large numbers spite of years of absolute dross served up by players who probably haven't got a clue about the club and the great players who have worn a Leicester shirt.

Someone is needed to come in and cause a bit of fear amongst this bunch as the first step towards avoiding relegation - and Rob Kelly ain't the man to do it.

Just a few quick points.........

1) Kelly is 100% responsible for the shambolic tactics, team selections and substitutions which is delivering drab, boring football and defeats.

2) Kelly is 100% responsible for the lack of motivation currently running through the squad.

3) We are fifth from bottom in a mediocre league again Kelly's responsibility.

4) Kelly is 100% responsible for failing to get the best out of a squad containing some pretty decent individuals including Logan, Stearman, McCarthy, Kisnorbo, Weso, Williams, Hughes, Hume and Fryatt, all individals who definately good enough at this level, yet the negative tactics continue to stifle and contain their natural ability.

Kelly will always be able to hold his head high after the fine turnaround last season, however judging on his results since he was appointed full time have been terrible, you have to ask how much was down to Levein going.

At present the current situation mirrors the fianl days under Levein, players not interested, ill discipline and desperate post match comments from the manager.

I respect your loyalty to Kelly but we have to be honest at present we are in freefall and the players are clearly not playing for Kelly, it is a recipe for disaster.

Top post A-Z. I've been questioning RK's ability for a few weeks now. I am not however on his back, I will continue to support him as long as he is manager. I just think that he has gone as far as he can and that it is now time for somebody else to take the club further.
I wonder if the speculation around the takeover has got to him and that this is getting through to the players.

Whats the point in calling for RK's head when there is no chance that he is going to be leaving until MM has had a chance to see him in action.

The current board arent going to sack him incase MM actually wants him at the club, and MM isnt gonna get rid as soon as he comes in because he needs to seem like a decent boss.

Kelly did okay last season, hopefully he can remember what he did!

Im not saying I want to keep/sack Kelly basically Im saying at the minut we have no choice but to stick with what weve got so lets get behind the team instead?!?

Just like Craig Levein?! Or Micky Adams?! Or Dave Bassett?! :icon_roll

Certainly something in that.....

Despite what he's serving up at the minute, RK is no fool. He will be fully aware of MM's likely intentions of recruiting his own team. This, in turn, will probably be affecting one or two of the players i.e. "he's not gonna be here much longer, he can f**k off" when RK tries to implement his ideas etc....

I wonder if that's the type of petulant attitude of the likes of Fryatt then Bob? Like I have said before, MM's takeover has so far done nothing but wrong for this club. Look at October's form against November's when the MM bandwagon started gaining momentum.

It definitely makes you wonder.....something must be going on with Fryatt.

Also, the recent situation with Nissa too??

Does this strike anyone else as strange. :icon_conf :icon_conf :icon_conf :102: :102: From the BBC.

We must play as a team - Williams
Leicester midfielder Gareth Williams says his side need to get back to playing as a team.
Williams felt the Foxes were beaten by Sheffield Wednesday at the weekend because they were disjointed.

He told BBC Radio Leicester: "We have lost our confidence in recent games and we need to start playing to our strengths by performing as a team.

"Some players have not been contributing but we all need to know our place in the team."

Now trialling a player that never fulfilled his potential when Dodds is not given a go. I have moved into the get Kelly out at the earliest possible opportunity group. :018: :frown:

So sack him cause he's looking at a player who we won't have to pay for and that we don't have to take on?!

So sack him for seeing if a player who has pace and some ability and is the right side of 30 on the premise that MM's bid may come to nothing?!

Lets sack him for covering all bases and doing his job. :038: :038:

Bit harsh Stevo, Cadamarteri is proven at this level, surely he's worth a chance?
