Some fans change their opinion very quickly. RK could become a brilliant manager in time, but time is one thing the fans and MM will not give him. We will want sucess much quicker than Kelly can bring it (if he can at all) - that's football.

I think he may get until the end of the season (as we won't go up this year anyway), unless we get into a relegation fight.

today we played better, although far from great, and got the result. that is a plus for RK but that result alone dosn't make him a good, or even decent manager. he will have to show he can get the team performing with some consistancy before the fans, and MM will be happy that he can take us where we want to be.

I am not saying and have never said that RK is the man to take us back to dizzy heights but I do believe that he is doing as much as he can with the current squad and doesn't warrant being sacked this early in the season.

Agreed, Fryatt has the makings of a quality player, he proved it last year. He is either at the wrong club or under the wrong manager for his potential to be materialised, or he just has a very bad attitude

Not rubbish but not consistently good, Johnson has shown me though that he is rubbish and a mistake of RK IMO.

But when we signed johnson many people thought he would be good, including me. He has been a good pro and been successful. I think the reason he hasn't looked good is Kelly.

no, it's because he doesn't manage him very well. I just get the impression that kelly is soft as sh*t with players and doesn't motivate them. I think somebody like johnson who has paid his mortgage off and set himself up for retirement would need someone strong to get the best out of him. otherwise like he is doing now, he'll just get through games without pushing himself too much. thats just my theory.

Agree Kelly does appear to be too soft but I think he has realised that and is now getting tougher which is probably why there are so many rumours flying around that there is unrest in the dressing room.

Fryatt is young hence the reason he sulks and Johnson doesn't give a stuff.
