- would remain with the Teachers deal (unless ground share went ahead). Without additional investment, a significant player sale would be likely in the summer, maybe sooner would depend on form and hence crowd size until Jan

Securing other assets such as the Belvoir Drive facility
- already secure so no issue

funds available to the manager
- maybe a loan signing if high injury level in one area of the side, but that's all

New infrastructure of the non playing side of the club
- without additional investment, club would have to look at costs, they haven't reduced in line with revenue

or this?....

Mandaric comes in, buys out the shareholders and pledges to do what he did at Pompey. No more no less.

Re: given a straight choice

hmmmm tough one that, more years of obscurity rotting in the championship or the chance of a rolercoaster few years under milan.......

close vote so far....5-0

I think it's unfair to call it "The FT's vision", they haven't said that's what they want to happen.
If you're going to do a poll you can at least make the question fair. And only vote once :icon_roll

I have only voted once. I didnt mean to make it sound like thats what they wanted, jut thats what the predict after discussions with the club.

Re: given a straight choice

By calling something "The FT's vision" which it clearly isn't.

If you want to do a poll, do one to ask whether people want MM's offer to be accepted, without using any emotive language.

Forget it, the poll was open for about 2 minutes and we can all see the results. Perhaps anyone who felt swayed by the language I used can post on here saying so, we can then remove their vote from the tally.

Stands at 7-1 in favour of Mandaric.

If you ask me its been closed by someone who didnt like the look of the way the poll was going.

I didn't even look at what the vote was when I closed it.

Maybe I should start my own.

Who do you want to own the club:

A) Leicester fans who have the interests of the club at heart.

B) A Portsmouth fan who could get us into loads of debt and we'll end up in administration.

Effectively the same question as yours, but I bet the result of the vote wouldn't be the same.

Thats a ludicrous statement, I posted verbatim what the FT said and completley played down MM's bid, only giving the facts.

The poll asked for a vote between what the club have said to the FT - FACT and what MM has said - FACT

Your attempt contained no fact at all.

Can you explain why? So I can make it less unfair then?

could can be a very big word......

Thats a ludicrous statement, I posted verbatim what the FT said and completley played down MM's bid, only giving the facts.

You posted a quote from the FT which makes the current board look bad for the club, and what you said about MM is that he pledged to do what he did at Portsmouth. But you didn't mention any of the positives about the current board, or the possible drawbacks of the Mandaric bid. Therefore the poll is biased in favour of MM. I have reopened the poll, but the results should be seen in light of the way the question was asked.
