I've had a pay freeze for the last four years (below inflation rises for the two years prior to that) and am going to be asked to take a pay cut at a meeting next week.

I know in the current climate I should be really grateful to get offered anything.........but having said that, I'm doing 2 people's jobs, they are saving the salary of one person so it just feels like they are taking advantage a little.
