Frustrated isn't the half of it, trying to sort out my Russian Visa has taken most of the day and still got nowhere, have to visit london later in the month to do it now

I've got mine to do, any pit falls to avoid? I could do without having to go to London

The online form is a bastard, asked for every trip abroad in the last 10 years and I make 30-50 a year, you need to have your invitation letters. You can mail it all off but will take a few weeks, if you visit the visa office in London you drop off all your docs one day and collect them after 5pm the next day so you need to stay a night.

I'm going for pleasure, flights and hotel booked so just Visa's to sort. Booked it all independently so I don't have an invitation letter
