Barnet have been hanging on a while now so I think that them going down was coming. Davids, if he stays at Barnet, can learn his coaching skills in the Conference and perhaps bring them back up if they are good enough. It's a tough League, the Conference, to get out of. There are so many ex League teams down there and now there are two more.
