I'm more worried about the Yanks supporting the Georgians who have attacked the Russians and are goading them into conflict.

The whole situation has Cheney & Rumsfeld's dirty paw prints all over it.
There's no way the Georgians would've attacked Russia like this without US support & encouragement.
 
I like the League Cup, our history in the competition always means I look upon it somewhat fondly.
 
In great form. My daughter got excellent Leaving certificate results:
4 As and 4 Bs, a total of 540 points. It doesn't translate to the British system but is very good, and way above what she needed to get on to her Biomedical Sciences course. :)

:023: My eldest has some way to go yet, but I hope he can take advantage of the educational opportunities he has. Your girl must be pleased too.

we have points over here after completion of A-levels an A gets you 120 ucas points i believe, all those points/grades are added up to get to university.

But well done for you daughter.:038:
