Why the surprised smiley? Most of the women I see baring their skin are the very ones who should keep covered up. It's almost as if they're proud of their flab. I hate being subjected to it!

Surestart's are children nurseries. Should be one in your area, the latest government threw millions into the whole scheme across the country. Normally built next to schools.
