To be honest Mandaric is part of the problem, 5 managers in 18 months, 30 odd players and now relegated to our lowest ever league position. The guy is as big a failure as the lazy feckers he has paid week in and week out to wear the blue shirt.

The whole club is rotten to the core from the Chairman / Owner all the way down.

Nice, PFKA.....Very nice.

If what some of you are saying is right that MM may step down as chairman (but not owner), then I hope he gives it to Martin George - not to Aldridge (who would still remain as CEO). George had a very good record in appointing managers (Brian Little and - against the wishes of the rest of the Board who wanted someone else - Martin O'Neil). He also has a record of financial prudence - though with MM's backing he would be able to recommend a decent level of expenditure for the next manager.

Can anyone recall the composition of the board when Chairman Elsom and Peter Taylor spent a fortune on poor buys and excessive wages?

Elsom, & lesserly Sir Rodney Walker were responsible for this. Because the financial reigns had been so strict under Martin George there was a pent up desire to spend big to compete - and of course the club were established in the premier league and had received quite a bit of income from selling Heskey - so Elsom and co decided to give it a go. Unfortunately they'd appointed the wrong man as manager and thus given the money to someone to waste. To a lesser degree MM has suffered the same thing with MA and IH wasting his money.

You see? I knew you could do it one day.

No it isn't unfair on Mandaric, his decision making and Managerial appointment strategy has turned us into a laughing stock
I don't mind who laughs at me or the club - it is the slipshod decision making that grieves me because this has simply served to compound problems we already had.

For a "successful" bloke who does failure like an Apprentice contestant he doesn't seem to be full of good business practice. This was nothing more than a vehicle for his ego on the way to the bank - and I was up for that if it meant a bit of joy on Saturdays...but not anymore.

Now I'm with Redditch:

1. Sack Holloway

2. Mandaric gives up his executive responsibilities

3. A new manager

4. The new chairman and the CEO conduct a thorough review of structures and personnel throughout the club and weed out those with negative attitudes and then start to try to develop a positive culture within the organisation.

Martin George AND Milan! You can't have two generals. George's instincts were right over O'Neill but, the shameful way that Mike Walker was treated and the schisms within the boardroom that the appointment created were the seeds that lead to the appalling fall out we are now suffering.

It doesn't matter who the fcuking chairman or owners are/is. There'll always be complaints, we'll always be able to do it better than them, and there will always be somebody out there who should be doing it instead.

I'd rather that somebody was wonga'd up, so Milan will do for me as far as the owner is concerned. As for the Chairman, I have no ideas so I shall not worry about it.

I still think MM is looking to get out this summer, it was interesting in his SSN interview that he he would do whats best for the club not what is best for himself or Holloway etc. I think if somebody was prepared to take the club on in it's present state then I think MM would walk away without the blink of an eye.

To me is a steady decline not caused by MM but his failure was to reverse the decline not to cause it.

To me MM is directly responsible for taking a piss poor side and making them unbelievably awful through a succession of poor managerial selections and Youtoob signings.

The only measure is:
Div.3 next year

Can spin it how you like the way I see it is that its a general decline been happening for years before MM even joined and that we scored only slightly more points in previous seasons. The bar for staying up this season was higher than the average season so our luck ran out.

You claiming our side wasnt aweful before he took over then?
