So you don't like Howard? Or is it the price and the length of contract you don't like?

1. Derby
2. I will judge on him after several games
3. 31 years old, not in same mould as Sir Les or Briane Deane is he.

Would you complain if one of them was Phillips?

Let me make the point again. It is about the quality of player and not age. Phillips, Deane and Sir Les all roughly the same age but all at least twice the player.

Moreover all three of the above display some ambition whereas the two Hs do not. :icon_conf

Good signing, I think Ollie has pinpointed that both Howard and Hayles will add experience both on and off the pitch which I hope proves excellent for the likes of Fryatt etc...

Howard should score goals at this level, we now need a few more jigsaw pieces to make sure he gets the ball in the final third.

As long as he follows in the footsteps of the last striker we got from Derby then I'm sure we'll all be OK.

Please don't tell me you are referring to that great fecking useless lump Roger Davis?

Out of this world....... 2 forwards with a combined age of 66.

We are easily pleased nowadays

Who between them have played 45 games this season and scored 3 goals. Seriously underwhelmed by these two, waiting for some decent midfielders.

Actually you are right, Morris was the last striker we had from Derby. Thing is, I'd forgotten all about him so little was his contribution to our cause.

I rest my case...... all forwards that came from Derby are shit. This Howard geezer has a lot to live up to.
