It's Bean HammerBeen Haner
In my ‘Miner’ novels, I have a character called Monster Morgan (a miner) and added ‘Big Waz’ an (IT specialist) in the sequel; nothing to do with football, I just like the names. Perhaps a new character could be a guy who really hates poultry; Kasper “No Fowl! No Fowl” Schmeichel. My fave Waslilewski story (don't care if it's true of not) - NP once said training starts when Waz gets to the training ground (i.e. no one dare tell him he's late) A good bloke to have on your side, for sure.
Tremedous save from Mount's shot. Even when you see it in slow motion, it's difficult to see how Kasper got across to it. He showed similar strength in his hand/wrist to save from a Marcus Rashford shot a while back, but the one yesterday was also at full stretch. Simply magnificent!Yep. Stop the debate. Kasper is top drawer. Those 2 saves were class. No, the 2nd was phenomenal.

Also need to thank Leeds for tossing him aside to raise a million quid! I think it was Ken Bates at the time?Just checked and Kasper hits 10 years at the club on the 27th June.
The main thing to thank Sven for when we got him from Leeds for about a million. Not bad value for money.
426 appearances not out. Championship, Premier League and FA Cup winner.
He'll pick up his 68th cap for Denmark in that time this afternoon too.

Agree he was excellent. Also - it appears some moron in the crowd tried to shine a laser into his eyes before Kane took the penalty, incident is being investigated by UEFA.What a performance from Kasper last night. Only Danish player (possiblyy Hojberg) who i would've swapped in to the england team.
Yes, Pickford is always a bombscare and at fault for their goal. What a performance from Kasper last night. Only Danish player (possiblyy Hojberg) who i would've swapped in to the england team.
Commentators yesterday said "Pickford's distribution is usually sublime" which suggests to me they have never seen him play. Still think England's No 1 should be Nick Pope.Yes, Pickford is always a bombscare and at fault for their goal.
Not so sure about that. The wall was covering (or not) the keepers right hand side of the goal and if he had stood more central it would have invited the free-kick to be put into the other corner.Yes, Pickford is always a bombscare and at fault for their goal.

Sometimes, it isn't anyone's fault, just a great strike.
