Are you blaming Holloway or the players? If Holloway cannot even get the players to show some spirit and fight, then yes I fear we will not beat Stoke.
Might I ask why people against constant change are labelled as "Holloway lovers" and must defend their "unreasonable position" whilst those that have bayed for the blood of each of our last dozen managers are not required to defend their desire to keep doing the same thing - despite a mounting pile of evidence that it does not lead to the desired results?
There was a compelling article in the Telegraph last week comparing the frighteningly regular changes of manager at Leicester, Coventry and Southampton with the stability at Bristol City - where, incidentally Gary Johnson didn't set the world alight in his first season. Is it just a coincidence that three ex Premier teams have all followed the same pattern and ended up in the same place?
Because my issue lies with the attitude of the players and not one of them shows any pride, passion or committment in a Leicester Shirt.

It saddens me to look at teams like Stoke, Bristol City and Hull, all teams who we used to be able to beat with ease, who all now seem so much better than us.
Oh yes I remember now that is Ian Holloways fault isn't it - in that case Holloway out! Holloway out! Peter Reid in Peter Reid in.
Poppycock. 99% of this forum supported Holloway at the start, as they should. I couldn't get a sensible answer out of anybody as to why he was being idolised.Because we are idiots for thinking how we do Diken. We must see the light and protest that Holloway is sacked. Its the only way to try and gain any credibility on this site!!
I am with you and have raised the points you mention previously but all you get back is "Holloway Lover".
Its nice to know there are other people on here with a balanced and educated view on things at Leicester though - that has cheered me up.

Do you think Alex Ferguson or Arsene Wenger could get some spirit and fight from these players?. It's a hypothetical "throw away" question, but one I'd appreciate an answer to.
Just like Holloway, you avoid the issues with "humour". I can take you no more serious than I can that silly man.No, I do not.
I think Alex Ferguson would play Levi Porter in goal and that Wenger would stop the long ball to Howard game - both of which would be detremental to our current performances under Holloway.

Most people have now came to see the truth, the truth which is hidden by his bullshit.
You think, that people think you are an "idiot". Maybe this is because you still can't, or you refuse to see his misgivings and you expect to be called an "idiot". I don't think you are an idiot, obsession is an illness.

If someone adores someone so much to the extent of being brainwashed by them then tbh there is no point in debating with them because they will see no bad in the person and refuse to acknowledge any faults or failings in them
I've given up reading your posts, Matt. Your head is up your arse and you you can't even see the questions I'm asking you. My children know how to answer straight forward questions better than you do.Do you think that is coincidence Melts?
I think unconditional would be more apt in your case!Adore is a strong word, I prefer unequivocal love

You fail to see the point people are trying to make, and the fact that you can see absolutely no wrong in Holloway at all, when even Holloway himself would admit he has negative points, makes me believe you have some form of infatuation/obsession with the man.
I can't argue/debate/compete against a compulsion.
OK, I'm prepared to leave it at that. In fact I was prepared to leave it a while back but you don't understand stuff.I like Holloway, you don't, there you go, end of story!

I'll just accept that you are a huge Holloway fanatic, I don't wish to detract from your opinion of him. I will now leave this conversation with the opinion that perhaps you love Holloway more than you love Leicester City. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the image you've painted in my mind, and that's the one I'm walking away with.
It's not for me to judge who somebody should appoint as their hero, as I too have people whom I admire that others just don't get. However, I'm more than capable of justifying why I admire them, and it's very rarely anything to do with their personalities.but he comes up the road from the West Country and a few silly articles and a disastrous run of results later and he is their local hero.
