It all adds up to what St Ledger admits is a "nightmare"

So from those at the game tonight how did SSL get on. By the sound of Youngy tonight he was more worried about Bamba.
SSL himself said he was surprised that Watford did not throw more players forward. Was it a bit of an easy game for SSL and will he face a stiffer test against Millwall.

I thought he looked a bit shaky, but I think it looked more like he needed a game to settle in more than anything, hopefully the game and clean sheet will do his confidence a bit of good.

Don't agree with Young at all re: Bamba, he was an absolute class act tonight for me.

From the post-match thread...

I thought SSL did well. He only looked 'shaky' when he was mopping up behind the midfield's missed headers. Bamba usually attacks the longer kicks, which are easier to control than the reaction-type that SSL was left to deal with. He looked very good on the ball as well, not afraid to try and play a pass (even if they were wayward).

The disguised pass he tried towards the end was very clever and unfortunate not to have been a successful one.

Supposedly even the Fazak had his head in his hands re Bamba last night.

Just watched his post match interview on Foxes Player, he seems to be very pragmatic about the whole situation, saying he doesn't like being out of the team, but knows that due to our squad size, it's always going to be the case during the season that some players will miss out. He seems very upbeat about it and keen to take his chance - good luck to the lad.

Wayward passing, rarely won a header, Schmeichel dug him out of the shit on one occasion.

What about the two chances he allowed Iwelumo (partly Bamba's fault two), they were sitters.

I'd agree with that, half his 'clearances' seemed to go just a couple of feet away (to a Watford player), the one first half where he 'cleared' the ball across the goal mouth had my heart in my mouth.

Still, I won't write him off just yet, few games, new partnership etc.

The one across the goal mouth was Konchelski

Someone behind me booed him when his name was announced in the line up...

Almost as moronic as the kids sat behind me that found it highly amusing to shout 'treat yourself' every two ****ing seconds. Why? Why shout it? Idiots. Anyone else hear it in SK2?

It makes more sense than the 'She said no Sven' chant or that moronic 'One nil down who gives a ****' one.

Yes. 'Treat yourself' has a meaning albeit one you can choose for yourself. (Eh?!)

The Sven chant is insulting to Sven and the 'One nil down' one is insulting to genuine supporters who actually DO care if we go one nil down.
