Feck Me... Uri Geller is live on the news AGAIN! Has he nothing better to do with his time...

...Actually, considering he bends utensils for a living, probably not.

Anyway, I didn't like the man. I disagreed with some of his actions, notably the baby-dangling, and the masks for his kids. Whether the child abuse allegations were true or not, I don't know, so i'm not commenting on that.

But I watched the news with a little bit of sadness and disbelief last night, because he's one of the biggest icons of my generation to have passed in my lifetime, and although not to my taste, some of his music was very good.

Im not gonna read all of this fake emotion and out poorings of grief. His music was great, he was certainly an interesting character but we are gonna hear about this 24/7 for the next few days/weeks so im certainly not gonna waste more time reading this thread about it.

I really think this forum needs a special book of condolences thread for all of us who've suffered through not only the tragic death of Jade Goody and Jordan and Peter Andre's break up but who are now distraught at the loss of this icon.
