We need a decent holding ball winner in the middle and we will be fine. The big tall dreadlocked guy last night looked ideal. If we have someone like him it takes the pressure off the defence by blocking the passage through and allows wellens, oakley or king to be the playmaker.

If we can find a player like this in the middle then I don't think we need any more, other than for depth.

Imo we really do need some pace and creativity in the side,we have got wingers but they are just not good enough although better than oakley!! Also worries me that it's nearly christmas and np still doesnt seem to know what his best 11 is.

Courtesy of BF I believe.

I'm hurt at that accusation..........

Also, was talking about Cleverley on TFF at the weekend, and one of the ManYoo fans said one of the reasons he didn't com,e back here again for a loan, even tohugh he wanted to, was that Watford were willnig to pay 100% of his wages, whereas last season we only paid 70% and wouldn't up it to 100%.

we need a good central midfielder to play alongside Wellens , his old playing partner at Donny (Brian Stock) has always impressed me.
Im sure NP will bring in 2 or 3 players to freshen things up. Id also try and buy Gilbert (alledgedily available)

Brian Stock (Doncaster) has been injured , now linked with a £1.5 million move to Reading
we chould hijack any deal and get him back alongside Wellens, providing a good engine room and a guarantee of passing football
