It could be they would both be happy to have him, but they differ on how much of the budget they are willing to use on his fee's and wages?
One could be willing to meet his demands, while the other wants the money to strengthen other posistions?

I do think this is more sinister than we all hope it isn't. I was told by a source that is very rarely wrong that there has been an argument between Milan and Martin. I probably shouldn't say who but he told me this a few days ago.
I dismissed it then as being part and parcel of their relationship but now it looks like there is more to it.
This may not all work out well.
