I'm sure he has scored a couple for Man City this season too.

He's scored once, on a counter attack, one on one against the keeper vs Bolton.
Besides that I haven't really seen him play but pace is always good IMO. :icon_bigg

Great stuff another talented and exciting young premiership winger that we can well and truly feck over !!!!

Ryan Smith anyone :)

Youv'e obviously seen him play then - I appreciate that you wouldn't lavish that sort of praise on someone youv'e never seen play or worse never even heard of.

I have seen him play, and my Mate who is a Man City fan has seen him quite a few times and the general consensus there is that he is a very good player.

My mates brothers mothers sisters aunties uncles friends dog knows Kelvin EtWHO? and he is rated a top quality player, he says he expects to play for man utd one day

Exciting signing I suppose.

He's a winger which we desperately need and he has pace. I'm looking forward to seeing him in a Leicester shirt and I think he will make a difference.

Poor Poor lad.

I don't want to be more cynical than usual but in my opinion expecting a lot from loan signings at this stage is most likely to end in the usual disappointment.

Sven is still chasing a top 6 spot and would not let anyone go out on loan who he thought would bring an extra dimension to his less than prolific attack.

Since the last Ice Age we have had about three decent loanees - Gerry Daley,Eddie Kelly and Kevin Campbell - the rest have started with eulogies like yours and finished at a level of about Millwall reserves.

I think that the battle for survival which we shall just about win - will be won by experienced players not by 19 year old loanees - I could be wrong of course but unfortunately I am usually about right with these fairly obvious judgements.

I just hope that Holloway - master of the absurd statement - doesn't over egg this particular pudding.

Where will hume play now i wonder

I hope he will be playing in the team.

Anyone with any sense knows that he isn't a top player - but he certainly falls well within the best 11 at the club.

I hope that Holloway hasn't entirely lost his grip and recognises that Hume has limitations but is also one of our modest assets.

Play Hume up front....With who I am not sure though.
Hume/Howard up front for me, despite Howard playing like a complete idiot at the minute. I think these two could bring the best out of each other.

Howard played a lot of knock downs last night that went to nobody, I think Hume would better at reading these situations than Mike Read.

I would have thought Sven would have agreed with Avram about us being at the wrong end of the table to send out one of their most promising youngsters. Obviously not.

Great signing, well done MM and IH.

The only trouble is we still wack that bloody ball as high as we can from the back.
With wingers you have to use the ball from the back to bring these players into the game

have just spoken to a Man City fan about this and he is quite upset. Apparantly a reasonable portion of their fans think he should be starting for them every week, he's very fast and very strong. So it looks like we havea good chance here to ruin some real talent

Homer, that's eeeeeeery, I didn't see your post before my one above. Great minds and all that.
