I've no issue with this move. I will only get upset if we start teh season without a squad that is large enough to have cover in all the positions for people we have let go. I'm not in a position to moan about the quality of the new guys as I havent seen them play, so I cant complain about them until we are a few games in.

Kenton being released make that rumour about the Iranian right back seem a little more credible.
I can't imagine he's going into the new season with Stearman as first choice right back. He didn't cover himself in glory after Mandaric came in. Although he'll be a good squad player.
I do hope there are some more announcements today.

bit worried that by the time he gets back - Hendrie, Holland, Sharp, Mcleod and Saganowski will all have been signed up elsewhere - unless we've already got some in the bag.

Kenton has been dog shite compared to most defenders in this league. This is one of the worst defences we have had in bloody years and you lot are feckin moaning when we decide to get rid of one of them. FFS lets get rid of all the feckin jokes we had here last year for all I care. Please try to get a grip on reality coz some of you people have completely lost it if you ever thought kenton was worth keeping, he wasnt even worth signing in the first place.

Kenton was the laziest fecker on the footie pitch when he played. Fecking dire and had all the hallmarks of a modern day footballer. Hope he goes to some footballing backwater.

6 dodgy transfers, no forward line, a midfield that wouldnt compete so far in the conference and a defence that could be outpaced by "jake the peg" might explain why i dont actually think he knows what he ****in doing!:icon_sad:

Quite right, and if we can't find someone better than Kenton then there is something wrong with the world. He was a bit part player in a poor team last year, if people think he can be part of a team chasing for the higher reaches of this league they are deluding themselves.

Because new signings = signing on fees, agents fees and wages to the players concerned. We had minus money before MM turned up. Anybody expecting big money signings has quite obviously not seen how MM operated before.
