And if there is one area that Vardy needs to improve it is his finishing, despite it being better this season.

Very good signing and whoever said previously that he is a much better option off the bench than the others is spot on. Been there and done it all, I bet he will score a couple of key goals for us.

When we signed Cottee I was only a young lad and I remember taking his poster from the matchday program and ripping it to shreds whilst declaring that he was "washed up and uselss".

I soon changed my mind! And then 15 years later I excitedly met him at a company convention in West London like a proper little fanboy.

Pearson has been working on a project to develop the squad over seasons, this clearly isn't a kneejerk signing - he sees him as being able to add crucial elements to the squad whether on or off the field.

Tag on that Phillips is a total professional when it comes to the way he conducts himself he's a Pearson signing to a T and will be an excellent role model to younger players.

I'm just worried about what kind of car he has.
