We have one of the small "at home" chocolate fountains and that is true with the milkier chocolates. If you use something like green and blacks it flows without it, but of course it tastes gash :icon_bigg To be honest we found the best mix was about half a tea spoon of veg oil for 2 big bars of Cadburys chocolate and you couldn't taste it at all. If you are worried about the calorie content of the oil you probably should really be eating out of a chocolate fountain in the first place!

:018: there is nothing wrong with Green & Blacks !!

It's wrong. White chocolate is the future.
I'm forwarding a notion that the name "White Chocolate" should be banned and replaced with a more suitable non offensive description that encompasses all chocolate groups and eliminates the possibility of discrimination towards one specific type.

"Dark Chocolate" will still remain as it is.

How about "colour challenged chocolate"?

Hambleton Hall : they made life over-complicated with the booking etc but on the day the food and service were faultless. Mind you so they should have been for the price.

We didn't have the £950 bottle of wine on the list,or even any of the ones at £400+. We had a rather more modest budget!! I wonder how many people do fritter that much.
