Read the article from the FT and thought OK, bit bland, but reasonable answers to reasonable questions, ig nothing really new. Hopefully the start of a reasonable set of articles.

Then read the replies from the posters on here and all we get is drivel and synical jibes. Get a life and give credit where it is due rather than just take the simple route and slag off anyone and everyone associated with the club and FT.

yeah that's right

We should keep our heads down and be grateful for what we've got

Piss off, and wake up to the real world. This club is run by a collection of appalling incompetents who I wouldn't employ to change a fukkin lightbulb - and they are sadly supported by a collection of sycophants who have to date failed to challenge publicly a single failing (out of many)

I will have my say, and continue to have my say, as long as these bungling idiots carry on with their bungling idiocy

Are you in anyway connected to the club or the FT, it's just I noticed you seemed to know more than the average fan as regards the Ryan Smith situation. Not a criticism, merely an observation.

Tell us where the credit is due then 1966

In this this instance I think credit is due to the chairman for entering into the dialogue, with what seems like reasonable honesty, with the FT. I for one will wiat until the end of the series of articles to lambast or credit him, I have always thought it is preferrable to gain as much information as possible before deciding wether someone is creditable or not.

Not at all, it's just that I take the time and effort to find out as much as possible about our club and the relevant marits of those around it.

Bollox, it's his job & he is sucking up to the fans. I could have answered those questions for him

The way this whole shambles was presented to us was it was all the FT's doing and they say they should take the credit, so why should we give the chairman any

Good post, however I think much of the negativity towards the club and the FT stems from previous PR disasters. It has led to, rightly or wrongly, a genuine lack of trust between the supporters and any off the field representative.

Andrew Taylor may well be a genuinely honest and decent guy, but he must realise that to earn the trust and even the respect of the fans he must demonstrate that the general mis management, PR spin and the poor treatment of supporters are a thing of the past.

In other words nothing challenging in the questions... and nothing in the answers that anybody with a reasonable intelligence wouldn't have expected. Simple questions and trite answers, aka spin.

'Reasonableness is the height of your aspiration? - you are easily pleased. I wold hope for something enlightening at the very least.

So it's not allowable to express an opinion lest you make judgement on the quality of our lives? You seem to have fallen into the trap of doing yourself what you criticise others for doing. Have you ever been a candidate for the Big Brother house?

Must admit, I personally find some of the criticism a tad OTT, but people are entitled to their opinions, and, hey, it's a bloody hot day. Where I will agree with 1966 is that I'd like to see all the questions & answers - who knows there may even be something about the catering. However, whatever he says, it ain't gonna be Tablets of Stone from up on high, I think we all know what position the club is in finance-wise ( we haven't got any dough ).

When you are making a trailor for a big blockbuster film, you don't use the shite bits. If this is a taster of what's to come, I shall not get too excited

As I said, I think it unlikely there will be too much to get excited about, but you never know, we'll find out in the next few thrilling installments.

Having followed our fortunes for many a year I fear that the majority of the moaners are either that way inclined or simply because it is easier to do so. They would find it impossible to support what the club in whatever they do. Shame really, because in my experience better, constructive, dialogue normally leads to greater understanding on all sides.

In some cases this will mean that the club deserves criticism, in others they will deserve credit. If you believe some everything they do is wrong.

You seem to be a bit confused about whom people were criticising.

What complete and utter twaddle. I too have followed the fortunes of our club 'for many a year', and have applauded or criticised the club as and when appropriate to do so.

When something is poor, misguided or simply downright wrong then I will say so, rather than bury my head in the sand and blindly accept what I am told or, more likely, what spin has been created around some half-truth

But you will only accept questions from FT members, so thats not the voice of the fans more the voice of the FT.

Next time why not ask for some questions from non members, and for some questions from people who dont really care about the financial side. For me I want to see better catering facilities, getting through on the phone to the ticket office without having to wait days, better ticketing arrangements etc etc.

When the ground is paid for, will ticket prices go down? If the tigers share ( god feckin forbid ) will this reflect in ticket costs going down. He did say that when in the premiership the "rent" goes up by about 150% and down again when in lower leagues. The ticket prices remain the same. Someone is being boned up the arse here?
Now we have got these huge earners off the books why are ticket prices the same?

Members have paid their £10 & should get some benefits, in this case being able to ask their questions of the LCFC chairman.

The members have asked numerous questions on a variety of topics including some of those you mention above, they will feature in future articles, so keep reading
