Oh and Knockaert telephoned in a really disapointing performance, as did the Nuge. They look completely knackered so thank feck Kane is in. I think Proffondo Rosso made the very good point that it was this time three years ago that Pea Son dipped into the loan market and got Vaughan, Bruce and Spearing in to galvanize the team and see us to a good finish.
A left back and a different option to D², King and James (who I fear we can't rely on due to injuries and fitness) in the middle would be splendid now. Its all down to Nige and whether he has the resources/willingness to add, because although I like him, he has shot himself in the foot by not anticipating this kind of situation.
