Happy with the win and the clean sheet.

If we had scored in the first 10/15 minutes when we had a lot of possession in their half then we may have been more convincing.

I liked how King got Abe involved in the celebrations for our goal. He looks as if he feels like a spare part and needs to be included in the squad a bit more. Well done King. My only criticism of Abe is he stood around a lot when he could have been making runs to get beyond Davidson. He might have been instructed to do that though, and let Naughton get in fornt of him, so I might give him the benefit of doubt.

I don't think Fryatt played particularly badly, just not his best game. He still tries to get involved and looks dangerous when he's on the ball. I wouldn't change the front men for Barnsley.

The back 4 were pretty solid, aside form the first minute when Naughton lost the ball and Hobbs slipped.

Vitor was man of the match for me he looked very composed and dealt with everything thrown at him. He has a swagger about him that says he's too classy for us, a bit like Tunchev. (although i agree with many on here that these weren't exactly the strongest of opposition and would like to see him against better forwards).

All the top teams have a swagger of confidence about them. I remember Stoke coming here in their promotion season and you just knew they would go up even before they kicked a ball. Cardiff now have that look about them too. Hopefully we will also have it by the end of this season.

Going on the highlights alone...It looked as though Gallagher was involved in most positive things we did.

It also looked like Hobbs was all at sea more than once.

Very encouraged by Abe's performance today and i think there may be more to come from him once settled and integrated. For me the stand out performance was from Naughton, looks to get forward at every opportunity and very comfortable on the ball (in the main).
Cunningham looks pretty good too. I just wonder how many of these quality loan signings can become permanenet.
