Traveled over an hour to get to the pub, queued up for it to open at 7am.

Whole day at work to marvel over what just happened. Sevilla are one of the top teams in Europe and we beat them over 180 mins of football.

Perhaps we should not fear any of those names in the hat for the next round.

We were 80/1 to win the champions league before tonight. We're now down to 35/1.

Keep dreaming. Don't wake up. [emoji170]

Outstanding performance to a man. This team are capable of anything.

A performance built on a phenomenal defensive display, the midfield in particular were a wall that Seville had no idea how to pass, for all their possession, and pressure at times, they were reduced to desperate punts into the box which our defence found easy to mop up. Special mention for Fuchs who was world class last night.

Mahrez will be aching this morning, I would love to see his stat for distance covered. He was back and forwards like he was playing tennis against himself, tremendous work rate.

And this wasn't just down to work rate, we were better organised than Seville, we were more intelligent, and we showed superior quality.

I still don't think I can believe what this result means. Friday's going to be surreal.

Every one one of them was up for it last night. You can't ask more. Mahrez was fekked (and booked) coming off. Full credit to him, he worked himself into the ground.

Vardy didn't stop running either. Chased everything he could. Uncharacteristic finishing though; one maybe but three?

Nasri is an odious little shit and his red card gave me immense pleasure. I almost posted at half time that I was hoping he'd walk.

All-in-all, a fantastic performance. One from last season. But an historic result - in the quarters of the Champions League. Fstar me!

From a web page somewhere:
By reaching the quarter-final stage, the Foxes have progressed further in the Champions League than Arsenal have managed in the past seven years.

We'll also have played more games in this competition than our friends Trentside did in either of their EC winning years.

Special mention to the pair of absolute ****wits who started abusing people on our row for being in their seats (all ST holders) before realising they were in completely the wrong block. I hope they ended up getting themselves kicked out because they were ****ing vile.

Yes he was Yack and had a huge smile on his face.
My eyes glanced over that and I thought it said 'He and the Yak' and for a brief moment I imagined a world where Ngolo and Yakubu were best friends. They'd go out for dinner and Kante would order from the kiddies menu, and the Yak would still end up finishing his dinner off for him.
