I dunno, I'm not a fashion guru.....:icon_roll

Just looked at the picture again and realised its the aforementioned Teeno. The jacket is exactly the same as mine, the lad has taste obviously.

And more money in his pocket than he had prior to his crazy bet!!

Of course!:icon_roll:icon_razz

I'm always very happy when Leicester score, just would be a bit more overexcited if it were him!

Well thats that one cleared up then.

Still cannot get over the uglyness of the 4th official.

Just hope we aren't all getting a bit too excited about beating a very poor side in our division. I know some have said Doncaster weren't much better, but they were IMO and we had a very good day today and took our chances. Lets not think Gally is a world beater because of one hat-rick. I think we still need to source and out and out scorer to replace Fryatt in the interim. If Gally and Waghorn do get the goals from now on to show we wont miss Matty, then fine, I'll hold my hands up. I just doubt that will happen

We can only beat what's put in front of us, and come on.......it's not like we score five(or even three or four!) goals every week. Let's just enjoy the result for what it is. Fantastic!:icon_bigg
Absolutely!! I just still have my doubts about where our goals will come from from here on in. I hope the answer is Gally, Waggers and Dany, but I feel this may have been a one off. I hope I am very wrong though!!

We drew that 2nd half 1-1. Against Scunthorpe. Not acceptable. Pearson out!

this very post was featured on Radio Leicester sometime after the game which I heard while driving back from the match. It didn't seem that they took it in the sarcastic manner it was most likely intended to be taken in though...

I don't get people slagging off our display, personally I tjought the first half display was one of the best displays I think I've ever seen from a City side. It was like watching Arsenal at times the way we played it about especially leading up to our 2nd and 4th goals.

Met a Grimsby fan on the train on the way home last night. He asked me seven times how we got on. I first thought his Alzheimers was even more advanced than mine, until he reminded of the local rivalry and that he could never be told too often of Scunthorpe having five put past them.

He also let me in on news of a new signing at Grimsby - some bloke called Tommy Wright; apparently he used to play for Leicester. Thought I'd just let you know, although I am surprised that we hadn't already heard.

Of course there is still a question mark over our strikers. One game, against poor opposition, cannot answer all the doubts but, this is apparently the first time in ten years that we have scored five goals (a BBC Final Score statistic that I have not checked): therefore, the first five goal haul at the Walkers. I am sure that we have played poor teams in that spell and, with our first choice strikers.

We would all rather have Matty Fryatt available for the remainder of the season but, in his absence, what do you suggest that we should do: support the strikers we have, possibly help them to grow, so that next season we have more than one player capable of scoring twenty goals in this league or, bring in a loanee who might manage a dozen goals this season but will tell our current strikers that they have no future?

Whether Gallagher replaces Rooney as the country's best forward or becomes the next Akinbiyi, he has earned the right to a run in the team as the main striker.
