Leicester City will begin their 2009/10 Championship campaign against Swansea City at the Walkers Stadium on Saturday, August 8.

The Foxes will lock horns with the Swans for the first time in the league since the 1979/80 season - a Martin Henderson goal earning Jock Wallace's side a point in the 1-1 draw at Filbert Street on their way to the Division One title.

City will then face a hat-trick of away clashes starting with Macclesfield Town in the Carling Cup First Round (W/C August 10) before travelling to Roy Keane's Ipswich Town (Saturday, August 15) and play-off finalists Sheffield United (Tuesday, August 18).

Other notable fixtures see the Foxes travel to St James Park for a clash against much fancied Newcastle United on Saturday, August 29 with the return leg at the Walkers scheduled for Saturday, January 30.

The Foxes will also welcome nearby rivals Derby County, Nottingham Forest and Coventry City to the Walkers on Saturday. October 17, Saturday, February 27 and Saturday, March 20 respectively.

The club's Championship campaign will conclude with the visit of recently-relegated Middlesbrough on Sunday, May 2.

All fixtures are subject to change.

I'lll upload a CSV/Excel of the fictures for calenders etc in about 20 minutes if anyone wants one.

For Jeff really.....do you have a license to reproduce the fixtures?

By uploading them as I did I don't think it breaks any rules, it has been done in past seasons. I may be wrong though.

If you are importing from Excel to Outlook (useful if you have an iPhone and MobileMe) then the method below works if you have problems and you probably will:

1. In the Microsoft Excel worksheet, select the rows and columns that contain the information that you want to import.
2. On the Insert menu, point to Name, and then click Define.
3. In the Names In Workbook box, type a name (the name may not contain spaces nor should it be the same as one of the column header names, I used LCFC) for the range that you specified, and then click Add.
4. Click OK, and on the File menu, click Save.
5. Save and quit the workbook.

Now import through Outlook to you calendar (or new fixture calendar)... Apparently the issue is ODBC based, blah, blah, blah

Can someone put on a printable fixture list so i can print one off and put by my desk...the same as every year...cheers

Glad we get the Return of the Clown in September, was looking forward to that and feel he may be sacked by Xmas.
