Were you at West Ham?
No I wasn't. I should have put 'in any other game in which I've seen him play'.

leaves Fryatt and Hobbs at Hull
alieniating some of the squad again i.e Beckford
Yes, if he brings back an ex-player of the year it will definitely end in disaster.
Heaven forbid he falls out with a player for whatever reason, let alone if their attitude isn't right. It's not like successful managers such as Ferguson have ever fallen out with players or identified the 'bad-eggs'.
If he gets results, he can piss off the entire squad and bring back whoever the **** he likes for all I care.
I'm sorry but they're ok but they don't merit buying them back at an inflated value. Hobbs is average, Fryatt inconsistent and a confidence player. We've got better strikers here and I'm sorry but we've got enough defenders too, especially with Tunchev back now.
Ferguson has had his run ins with players in the past, the difference is, he doesn't hold a grudge against them like Pearson did with Campbell and to a certain extent Gradel. He is not the best man manager and although Beckford has had a shaky start, I think he can prosper here, but I seriously doubt that with Pearson.
I'm not saying that I want them or need them back. But if Pearson wants them back then that's fine. Fryatt was a very strong Championship player for us, creating a large percentage of the goals that we scored, and with the right service he could easily be good enough again. And Hobbs was fantastic before Pearson left; people were mentioning him as a future England captain which although clearly ridiculous, shows how highly regarded he was. If NP thinks that they will fit in with our squad now then great.
Plenty of players have fallen out with Ferguson and left as a result (Veron, Beckham, Keane, etc.). But that's not the point. I'm sure that he's not coming here with the plan to alienate JB from the start; if he's good enough and has the right attitude then I'm sure NP will give him the chance. If not, then he can **** off. Ultimately, the buck stops with NP, so if he's getting results I don't care if it is with or without JB.
Knowing what we know about NP and JB, I'm fairly certain they will fall out.

I don't think Fryatt is better than Nugent or Beckford. I wouldn't want Fryatt brought back either only to get in the way of Schlupp's chances of a run in the first team. With Vassell out for the rest of the season maybe we need another striker in reserve but there are better options out there.
Hobbs is no better than what we have and, with Tunchev coming back, is a waste of money. The only place we need to recruit is out wide and perhaps a creative midfielder
Yes they have, but Beckham and Keane still played and only fell out at the end of a long and fruitful relationship. The point is he has his disputes with players but he doesn't let that affect the team and he has even said that to be successful you need to expect that in the dressing room.
Some players will perform better, some players will perform worse. I'll leave Nige to worry about who he brings in and ships out. With the exception of about 3 players, no-one in our squad is indispensible, which is pretty shit given how much we've spent.
Do those three players possibly account for about 80% of the transfer budget, eg Mills and Nugent?
How did him falling out with DJC affect the team?! We were within a whisker of a play-off final with an average Championship squad.
And DJC was clearly a ****.
I think that you're building this up into way more than it should be. Just because DJC scored a few goals for Blackpool (and QPR) doesn't mean that he was right for us or that NP's treatment of him was wrong. But I'll let you get your noose ready.
Perhaps including the striker that scored a hat trick in the other play off semi might have got us promoted.
As soon as Allen left, he didn't want to play for us. Simple. He wanted to leave the club. He wouldn't have played well for us, he wouldn't have scored goals for us.
I'm glad we didn't pander to such an unprofessional, childish little brat and let him rot in the reserves and I'm glad that he's gone from our club now. I'd be extremely disappointed if Pearson had just thrown him back in the first team and I think he handled the situation perfectly.
It's fine saying 'but he scored goals for other clubs' - it doesn't matter. He didn't want to be here and that's where the argument should end. It was down to him, not to us.
I have no idea where you get that from. I got the impression he very much wanted to pay for us and his frustration was borne out of not being given the opportunity.
When out on loan at Blackpool the first time he said he'd ratehr go anywhere than go back to Leicester. Didn't sound too much like he wanted to play for us. I'm sure other posters on here will back me up - he didn't want to be here.
