Saw the crossbar antics this morning on breakfast TV - brilliant. :icon_bigg
Wednesday fans at work today were not happy with their teams performance "we didn't turn up" was the general impression.

I'm sure Nigel will be making sure that the City players do turn up though and he'd love to get one over Powell seeing as the boot was on the other foot earlier this season.

I like Chris Powell, and hope they stay up, but we owe them one, after them doing the double last season and beating is again at the valley this season

I'm fortunate enough to have two colleagues who are QPR fans. Especially for them I've rewritten the lyrics of the old song that Stevie Wonder

I'll get my coat.
Boc, I thought this Steve Wonder song might be more appropriate for you to pass on to your Rangers colleague's

Heaven help the R’s as they try to win a game,
Heaven help the R’s fans who walk the streets in shame,
Heaven help the R’s if in the League they begin to fall,
Heaven help us R’s

Heaven help Ravel Morrison as he struggles to score a goal,
Heaven help Clint Hill as he gives a goal away,
Heaven help Joey Barton who kicks any man that moves,
Heaven help us R’s.

Heaven help us R’s, heaven help us R’s, help us R’s.
Heaven help us R’s, now that Austin’s out for weeks!!!
Oh, yeah! Heaven help us R’s

Heaven help the team who won't reach The Premier League,
Heaven help “the man” who gave the Ref a bung.
Heaven help poor old ‘Arry with his back against the wall,
Lord, Heaven help us R’s.

Heaven help us R’s, heaven help us R’s, heaven help us R’s, help us R’s.
Heaven help us, Lord, hear our call when we call.

Now I lay me down before I go to sleep.
In a troubled Year, I pray the Lord to keep, keep points from the mighty Lestah,
And from the Burnley too,
Heaven help us R’s.
Oh, oh, oh, yeah!
Heaven help us R’s!!!!!!.

Think we'll win 4-0. Vardy x 2, Nugent x 2.

Can see it being a draw... Charlton are fighting for their lives and after beating QPR will be on a high. That said I hope we win ...

Having watched the VT, can't help thinking of Martin Allen and the game that never was.

Nice bloke, CP, but I want nothing less than 3 points for us on Saturday.
With either, or both, Derby and Burnley dropping points, it's another chance to pull a little bit further away.

Tricky game historically with CP normally coming out on top. This season however is far from normal and I expect us to get three points.

Comfortable home win. 3-0 to the big buttocked blue boys

Funny how every game is tricky, but still we have won 22 of them. We must be doing quite ok-ish.

Ipswich was a real toughie.

Tbf they were ideal opponents, hopelessly mediocre, mid table and a few injuries. Mick McCarthy spent the week brown nosing us; all in a bid to ensure Ipswich fans and press expected defeat before kick off.

Here we have a team scrapping for their lives, fair few new players, good bit of form and a manager whose had the measure of Pearson every time we've faced. To top it off, we haven't beat Charlton at home since December 2000. However, the reports I read form their two recent victories was that they were only a touch better than the opposition. Add to that they have signed one of the worst Leicester players in recent memories who has somehow built himself a decent career.

Must add I want Vardy to reek the same havoc on Morrison has that dreadful night in Portsmouth that I endured.

Come on........let´s do like Micky & drop the " being cautious in case We get jinxed / doomed" bullshit!

I predict that we will absolutely hammer this lot.......somewhere in between 4:0 and 7:0:021:

COYB!:038::038: payback time for the reverse fixture AND the sending off!

PS is Kermit still out on loan?
